Warranty Policy

Arabia Offer offers warranty service to its customers depending on the nature of the product. The customers are advised to note the warranty notes while making any purchase.

The warranty will be provided only for the manufacturing defaults however no any warranty will be provided damage happened to the product due to the intentional or unintentional act of the customer by dropping etc.

The repair of the product may take 2-5 weeks after the remedy the product will be delivered to the customer accordingly. The collection and delivery of product may incur some cost, the customer will be informed in advance of the same. In case the complaint registered by customer and Arabia Offer collected and item but the complaint was wrong and no any fault found with item by technical department, the item will be returned to customer and will be charged AED 50.

Delivery Policy

The Delivery Policy of Arabia Offer is also very simple and very fast. Arabia Offer will send items through a courier company. The order made today before 04:00 PM will be delivered mostly next day in all the city areas of UAE and latest on the day after the next day of the order. However if order is placed after 04:00 PM the item will be delivered second day after the date of the order placement or latest by third day of the order. The total order cycle time will be 24-48 hours and maximum 72 hours. No any delivery will be made on Friday except any special case. The time mentioned above will count the 24 hours of Friday.

Return Policy and Refund Policy

We will offer five days return policy to all our customers. If customer has an item from us and he changes his mind or he is not satisfied with the item he may return the items anytime within five days from the date of the order placed.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
To return the item the item should qualify the following conditions.

All the items with normal discounts are refundable within 14 days from the date of the invoice if the above conditions are fulfilled. An administrative fee of 10% will be applied. The item will be collected and delivered with applicable collection and delivery charges.

In case the customer receive the item in defected or damaged or not the same item as displayed on the website or wrong item, the customers also qualifies to return the item.

The customer will be refunded the price in full if he is not ready to exchange the item otherwise the item will be exchanged. If the item collected from customer is not damaged or the customer complaint is proved to be wrong by the technical department the item will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged AED 50/- as courier charges.
